Ganz has officially retired the Webkinz Manatee! At the moment, this plushie can still be ordered by retailers, so you should be able to pick them up for a little while, but once they are gone, that will be it.

We've been able to confirm Ganz's selection for Easter 2009! Ganz always releases seasonal pets for the Easter season, and all of the previous Easter Webkinz are returning, except for the Webkinz Sherbet Bunny. This Easter, they've added a new Webkinz, the Marshmallow Bunny and two Kinz Klips + Webkinz sets -- the Lamb and Rabbit.

It's been some time since the last release of Kinz Klips, but we have been informed that the Series 3 Kinz Klips have been released to retailers and will be included in October's shipment from Ganz!
Ganz has changed their packaging inclusion for Kinz Klips from now on. The October release (and future Kinz Klip releases) will include a matching Webkinz pet! We have also been told that the Kinz Klip + Webkinz will cost only $15.99 for the set!

According to the Ganz Estore, the Gold Safe Webkinz Replica will be available at the estore for one day only on Saturday, August 29th, 2009. The Gold Safe exclusive retired earlier this year. We assume the replica, like other replicas, cannot be kinzposted.

Ganz has announced that the Pterodactyl, Peridot Dog, and the Purple Floral Fox will be for sale at the Ganz eStore on Wednesday, August 26th.

We will keep you informed with details of its Pet Specific Item and Pet Special Food as soon as information becomes available.

Ganz has announced that specially-tagged Caring Valley Pink Poodle Webkinz will start arriving at stores in October. Remember, it's the code from the green Caring Valley tag that gives players access to the Caring Valley prizes, not the adoption of the Webkinz itself.

Ganz has announced that the Webkinz "Citrus Dragon" will be coming to Webkinz World in October.

We now know that the three "Jungle" animals for October are the Mud Hippo, Giraffe, and Pink Cockatoo. The one "Fantastical" animal is the "Citrus Dragon". The only Webkinz plushie left to be revealed is what Ganz calls the "King of the Forest". Stay tuned for details.

Players adopting a Webkinz (large) Pug during November will receive a POTM "Loot Bag" with a special POTM Exclusive Item and will get to participate in special Daily Activities during the month. Players who already have Webkinz Pugs on their accounts will also get to participate in the special activities. This is the second time that the Webkinz Pug has been a Pet of the Month. The first time was last year for October 2008.

Remember, the POTM for August is the Grey Arabian, the POTM for September is the Leopard, and the POTM for October is the Golden Retriever.
